Product description
Secumar Alpha 275 AS
The special model for working at high altitude sites: the particularly hard-wearing lifejacket, in combination with fall protection and a sea rescue transmitter, offers a coordinated, tested and certified PSA-System.
The strap guide on the underside of the protective cover, the reinforced, detachable back strap, and the highly stable click-fit fitting – these are the special features of this work safety vest. They are crucial for the life jacket’s ability to be safely adapted to a fall arrest system. Both elements of personal protective equipment thus complement each other and function reliably as a combined system. The compact design of the life jacket is particularly important at locations such as offshore wind farms or during rescue at heights, ensuring the necessary freedom of movement.
All fall protection anchor points can be reached quickly and safely in the event of a fall. An integrated sea rescue transmitter is clearly visible from the outside through a control window and is placed at the highest possible point in an emergency thanks to the 3D float in order to enable optimal transmission performance. The coated fabric of the outer protective cover is particularly tear- and abrasion-resistant and therefore suitable for tough work applications.
Integrated Rescue Transmitter – easyRESCUE
The Secumar Alpha 275 AS is equipped with an integrated AIS S.A.R.T. rescue transmitter. Choose between the easyRESCUE-BW-COM or the easyRESCUE-PRO(BT).
The integrated rescue transmitter activates automatically when the vest’s buoyancy aid is inflated, as a magnetic switch is opened via a ripcord. After activation, the device receives the current GPS position and transmits it via AIS message to every AIS receiver in transmission range. Your own ship with AIS equipment on board notices the emergency situation immediately and can approach the casualty with pinpoint accuracy, since the GPS position is updated every minute and the course and speed over ground are also transmitted. You gain valuable time!
