Product description
Secumar Alpha 275 3D TWZ PLB
The SOLAS premium model: large-volume double-chamber float in 3D design.
This product brings together two major innovations in lifejacket technology. The patented buoyancy aid is designed according to the dual-chamber principle.
For additional safety, a second spare chamber can be manually inflated by pulling the ripcord, ensuring full buoyancy. The 3D buoyancy aid is shaped so that a large portion of the buoyancy is absorbed by wing-like chambers in front of the chest. This creates additional leverage in an emergency situation where the victim falls face down into the water, helping to turn the victim onto their back. This is a safety advantage, especially for those wearing heavy-weather clothing.
An integrated distress beacon is clearly visible from the outside through a viewing window and, thanks to the 3D buoyancy aid, is positioned at the highest possible position in an emergency to ensure optimal radiation performance.
Integrated Rescue Transmitter – easyRESCUE
The Secumar Alpha 275 3D TWZ PLB is equipped with an integrated AIS S.A.R.T. rescue transmitter. Choose between the easyRESCUE-BW-COM or the easyRESCUE-PRO(BT).
The integrated rescue transmitter activates automatically when the vest’s buoyancy aid is inflated, as a magnetic switch is opened via a ripcord. After activation, the device receives the current GPS position and transmits it via AIS message to every AIS receiver in transmission range. Your own ship with AIS equipment on board notices the emergency situation immediately and can approach the casualty with pinpoint accuracy, since the GPS position is updated every minute and the course and speed over ground are also transmitted. You gain valuable time!

Life jacket:
- Operating temperature range: -10 °C to 65 °C
Marine rescue transmitter:
- Keep the rescue transmitter out of reach of children!
