Falsely triggering an AIS/DSC emergency call is not a minor offense and can result in subsequent costs!
Maintenance should only be carried out by authorized service providers/specialist dealers!
Unauthorized opening of the device will void the warranty. Unauthorized or forced opening may destroy the device.
Caution: Risk of explosion if batteries are replaced with an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
If the device is used at temperatures below 0°C or above 55°C, the battery capacity will decrease. Keep the device away from heat or hot environments. The batteries inside the easy2-MOB could overheat, possibly even explode or catch fire, and cause damage to the device and the surrounding area!

This product bears the CE marking and complies with the requirements of EU Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) and the applicable standards for AIS transmitting equipment (IEC 63269, Class M). The device meets the applicable safety requirements and is protected against unauthorized access:

Data protection: The device does not collect any personal data. It only sends AIS/DSC messages, including GPS position, in accordance with ITU-R M.1371 when activated in an emergency.
Interface security: The MMSI number is programmed via an encrypted Bluetooth connection using an app to prevent unauthorized manipulation or remote access.
Update management: There are no automatic updates or updates performed by the end user. Updates are only possible through the manufacturer or certified service partners.
