Settlement process

• Free MMSI reset:
  Follow the instructions for the easyTRX2/easyTRX2S or the easyTRX3

1. Purchase the service
   Purchase the service here in the shop.
2. Send in your device
   Send the device to us well packaged (PLEASE NOTE: You, as the buyer, will be responsible for the shipping costs).
3. Service is being performed
   After receipt of payment and receipt of the device, we will reset the MMSI.
   We would be happy to program your new data. Please send us the following information by email to support@weatherdock.de:

    

   • Allocation certificate
   • Ship type (Fishing Vessel/Diving operations/Sailing vessel/Pleasure craft/High Speed Craft/Pilot vessel/Search and rescue vessels/Tugs/Port tenders/Other type of vessel)
   • GPS antenna position (dimensions A, B, C, D in whole meters)
     
4. Return Shipping
   We will return your device to you.
   (The shipping costs for this are calculated at the time of purchase and are therefore already paid by you.)
