Conditions of participation in the competition:

1. Organizer The organizer of the competition is: Weatherdock AG, Emmericher Str. 17, 90411 Nuremberg, Germany, info@weatherdock.de 2. Eligibility All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. 3. Participation Period The competition ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM. 4. Participation Participation is by completing and submitting the customer survey. An email address must be provided to participate in the competition. Participation is free and does not require a purchase. 5. Win of a non-cash prize One easy2-MOB will be raffled off among all participants. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged. The prize is non-transferable. 6. Determination of winners and notification The winner will be randomly selected and notified by email no later than September 30, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn. 7. Data protection The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition. Disclaimer of Liability The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that could affect participation in the competition. 9. Legal Recourse Legal recourse is excluded. 10. Miscellaneous The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the competition at any time for good cause.
